Organisational Consultancy

I have over twenty years experience of using my skills to work within organisations. In this capacity I provide professional development, facilitation and management support to a range of organisations. I work for County and Borough Councils and with private and voluntary organisations. I work with managers, teams and individual staff to provide support in the areas of communication, people management, people skills and conflict resolution.
